(33) (6alt, 10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6, 6-dimethy1-3-(2-methyloctan-2-y1)-6a, 7, 10, 10a-tetrahydrobenzotcichro- men-l-ol. Some trade or other names: HU-210

(37) 1-(3-Etrifluoromethylpheny1)) piperazine. Some trade or other names: TFMPP
Justification
This bill will take steps to ban certain chemicals which are legal alternatives to marijuana and ecstasy. These drugs mimic the effects of marijuana and ecstasy. Three of the chemicals banned are contained in an herbal blend "Spice" that is known as "legal marijuana" or "K2". The chemicals in "K2" are JWH-018, JWB-073 and BU-210. "K2" can be easily found in many small smoke shops and over the Internet. These chemicals have already been banned in over 14 countries throughout Europe and Asia.
The other two chemicals that are added to the list are benzylpiperazine (BZP) and trifluoromethylphenyl (TFMPP) which when combined form a legal alternative to ecstasy (PIMA). The combination of these two chemical is known as "legal X" and closely mimics the effects of Ecstasy.
By adding these man-made chemicals to the Schedule 1 controlled substance list we are taking steps to protect our children from easily accessible and dangerous alternatives to illegal substances,
