Summary of specific provisions
This bill would amend Subdivision 1 of section 16-m of chapter 174 of the laws of 1968, constituting the New York state urban development corporation act, by adding new paragraphs to provide funds to bioscienc- es research institutions and organizations on a competitive basis to develop curriculum and administer bioscience specific training programs for current and prospective industry employees.
