Summary of specific provisions

Section One ate bill would deem Mary Jacquelyn Barry, currently a tier IV member of the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System, to have become a member of the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System on June 25, 1976, thereby granting her Tier II status. Also, this bill would provide that, upon the granting of such retroactive membership, Mary Jacquelyn Barry shall be granted a refund of any employee contributions made by her to the New York state and local employee retirement system.
