Summary of provisions
Section 1 amends section 1003 of the public authorities law, as amended by chapter 766 of the laws of 2005, in order to provide that the New York Power Authority Board of Trustees Contains one Trustee who resides in Niagara County and one Trustee who resides in St. Lawrence county.
