BILL NUMBER:A8333A

Title of bill

An act to amend the criminal procedure law, in relation to granting uniform members of the bureau of fire prevention of the town of Islip peace officer status

Purpose

Summary of provisions

Section 1 of the bill amends Section 2.10 of the criminal procedure law by adding a new subdivision 83.
