To provide for the design, construction and financing through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York of housing facilities by not-for-profit corporations and associations organized to further the purposes of the State University.
Summary of provisions
The legislation amends Public Authorities Law §1676(2)(b) and 1680(1) to authorize construction and financing by the Dormitory Authority of student, faculty and staff housing by not-for-profit corporations and associations organized by State University officers, employees, alumni and students to further the purposes of the State University.
