Title of bill
An act to amend chapter 391 of the laws of 2007 relating to directing the law revision commission to make recommendations to the legislature concerning a proposed revision of the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to when certain reports are due
Purpose of the bill
This bill directs the Law Revision Commission to submit a final report by September 30, 2009 regarding proposed revisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.
Summary of specific provisions
This bill extends the final reporting requirements from June 1, 2009 to September 30, 2009.
Justification
Current law requires the Law Revision Commission to review the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law and submit a final report by June 1, 2009. This extension is at the request of the Law Revision Commission.
Prior legislative history

Fiscal implications
None.
Effective date
