Increase funding available for the Brooklyn Healthworks pilot program and the Upstate Healthworks pilot program.

Subsection (t) of section 4327 of the insurance law is amended.
Justification
Thanks to the legislation passed in 2006 which provides Healthworks with a steady stream of subsidy funding through the Healthy New York Program, enrollment has expanded, However, because of the current subsidy rates (2006 rates), the program cannot meet the demand of the number of enrollees and will have no choice but, to limit the number of enrollees or start turning away new businesses, unless additional subsidy is secured.
