Title of bill
An act to amend chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facilities for certain public libraries, in relation to including the Ethelbert B. Crawford public library district within the provisions of such chapter
Purpose
This legislation allows the Ethelbert B. Crawford Library District in Monticello, New York to be eligible for financing through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
Summary of provisions
Section 1. Amends section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993 as amended by chapter 501 of the laws of 2010 to include the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library District among the libraries that are eligible for financing through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
