Title of bill

An act authorizing the East Ramapo central school district to receive certain apportionments on an accelerated basis

It also outlines the responsibilities of the district for monitoring revenues and expenditures, and reporting periodically on its financial condition to the Department of Education, the State Comptroller, the Division of the Budget and the Legislature.

Section 2 of the bill requires the Superintendent of the East Ramapo Central School District to appoint a temporary district-based advisory team to develop a comprehensive expenditure plan for such funds.
