An act to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to granting the office of parks, recreation and historic preservation the authority to operate the Camp Santanoni historic area, in the county of Essex
Purpose
To grant the office of parks, recreation and historic preservation jurisdiction over the Camp Santanoni historic area.
Summary of provisions

Justification
Currently the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) manages historic sites within the Adirondack Park including John Brown Farm State Historic Site and the Crown Point State Historic Site.
