        AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter 62 of the laws of 2015 amending the tax law,
          relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the city of Yonkers,
          in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section  2 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2015 amending the
     2  tax relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the city of  Yonk-
     3  ers, is amended to read as follows:
     4    §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
     5  deemed repealed September 1, [2018] 2021.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
