17 December 30th, was read and approved. On
18 motion, Senate adjourned.

7 But I understand there's a
8 resolution at the desk by Senators Flanagan and
9 Klein. May we please have it read in its
10 entirety and move for its immediate adoption.
11 THE PRESIDENT: The Secretary will
12 read.
13 THE SECRETARY: Concurrent
14 Resolution Number 3323 of the Senate and
15 Assembly, by Senators Flanagan and Klein,
16 relative to the adjournment sine die of the 2017
17 Session of the Legislature.
18 "RESOLVED, If the Assembly concur,
19 that the 2017 Session of the Legislature adjourn
20 sine die on Wednesday, January 3, 2018,
21 simultaneously with the commencement of the 2018
22 Legislative Session."
23 THE PRESIDENT: The question is on
24 the resolution. All in favor signify by saying
25 aye.
