What's happening

  2. Acknowledges public-private collaboration. The resolution points to the successful partnership between local government departments and national foundations, reflecting a model for how diverse resources can be blended to address complex social challenges.

  3. Emphasizes local impact and scalability. Kids Oneida’s growth from a small initiative to a network of over 300 staff and multiple programs demonstrates the potential for community-based solutions to expand and influence broader systems of care.
