This resolution commends Susan A. Schnebel for her 33 years of dedicated service as an educator upon her retirement.

Why it matters

  1. Highlights the impact of sustained educational leadership. The resolution details how Susan A. Schnebel’s long tenure—especially as Superintendent—directly contributed to high student achievement, such as a 98% graduation rate and increased opportunities for college credit and STEAM recognition.

  2. Underscores effective use of community resources. Through her leadership, significant capital projects for school improvements were approved by the community, resulting in upgrades to safety, technology, and aging facilities, reflecting her ability to secure public support for investment in education.
