Senate Resolution No. 628 BY: Senator GRIFFO CONGRATULATING Dante Migliore upon the occasion of capturing the 2016 National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Golf Championship WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and pay tribute to those young people within the State of New York who, by achieving outstanding success in athletic competition, have inspired and brought pride to their school and community; and WHEREAS, Dante Migliore, a freshman at Mohawk Valley Community College, captured the 2016 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III Golf Championship at Chautaugua Golf Club; and WHEREAS, After firing a 4-under par 68, Dante Migliore ended a sudden-death tiebreaker with an eagle on the fifth playoff hole; and WHEREAS, Both Dante Migliore and one other golfer shot 68s and finished four rounds at 1-over 289; they remained tied until the
