Fund Military Base Aid Grants

2018-19 state fiscal year for services and expenses of military base retention and research efforts, as required by such appropriation and subdivision 5 of section 24 of the state finance law. This plan shall be subject to the approval of the temporary president of the Senate and the director of the budget and thereafter this resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the Senate upon a roll call vote RESOLVED, that pursuant to, and as required by, moneys appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2018 that enacts the aid to localities budget, to the New York state urban development corporation under the economic development program from the general fund/local assistance account for services and expenses of military base retention and research efforts shall be allocated only pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such appropriation. This plan, which shall be subject to the approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget and thereafter shall be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote, is to allocate such appropriation as follows: Watertown International Airport $200,000 Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization $15,000 Town of Watertown Ambulance Service $30,000 Carthage-Wilna Fire District $30,000 North Pole Fire Company $75,000 St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES $150,000 Jefferson-Lewis BOCES $200,000 River Hospital $100,000 Samaritan Medical Center $200,000 Gouverneur Hospital $50,000 Carthage Area Hospital $100,000 Jefferson County $150,000 Development Authority of the North Country $50,000 Oneida County $450,000 Central New York Defense Alliance $50,000 Griffiss Land Development Corporation $500,000 Niagara Military Affairs Council $100,000 Niagara County Industrial Development Agency $400,000 Clinton County $150,000
