Imposes a modest $10 one-time fee. for these plates, making them accessible while helping to cover administrative costs, and earmarks up to $5,000 to the DMV to support initial production, ensuring the program is financially supported at launch.
Requires proof of eligibility. , ensuring that only verified Bronze or Silver Star recipients (or their spouses) can obtain these plates, which helps preserve the integrity and honor associated with these military awards.
