May address superintendent shortages or bring specialized skills. to districts struggling to recruit traditional candidates, especially in areas where business acumen and operational expertise are in high demand.
Requires business-qualified superintendents to complete targeted educational training. (12 semester hours in school administration/supervision within two years), ensuring they gain essential knowledge specific to school systems while leveraging their business experience.
