        AN ACT to amend the real property law, in relation to the definition  of
          a campground
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Paragraph 1 of subdivision a of section 233-b of  the  real
     2  property  law,  as  added by a chapter of the laws of 2019, amending the
     3  real property law relating to campgrounds, as  proposed  in  legislative
     4  bills numbers S. 1944-A and A. 1569-A, is amended to read as follows:
     5    1. "Campground" means any parcel or tract of land, including buildings
     6  or other structures, where five or more campsites are made available for
     7  use  as  temporary  living quarters for recreational, camping, travel or
     8  seasonal use. For  purposes  of  this  section,  campgrounds  shall  not
     9  include land owned by the state of New York.
    10    §  2.  This  act  shall  take  effect on the same date and in the same
    11  manner as a chapter of the laws of 2019, amending the real property  law
    12  relating  to  campgrounds,  as  proposed in legislative bills numbers S.
    13  1944-A and A. 1569-A, takes effect.
