  "MatterEXText5": "This bill would require the Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) to establish an annual citywide campaign to promote arts and cultural institutions in each borough. The bill would also require DCLA to promote a digital platform which allows users to explore cultural institutions through a searchable map. Additionally, DCLA would be required to designate an annual “Museum Week” event to encourage exploration of cultural institutions, through discounted or free admission at participating museums, as well as special or limited-time cultural attractions at such museums.",
