  "MatterEXText5": "This bill would repeal the requirement originally set out in Local Law 75 of 2009 that after July 1, 2026 all security grilles at businesses in Group B or M buildings must have 70 percent visibility or be subject to a fine. Security grilles would still need to meet the 70 percent visibility requirement upon replacement. This bill would further require the Department of Buildings to conduct outreach to businesses on security grille visibility requirements and to report to the Council after 6 months on outreach actions taken.",
