This bill would apply retroactively to July 1, 2026, and would expire on the same date as the expiration of the authorization for the applicable income eligibility levels set forth in sections 467-b and 467-c of the real property tax law, as amended by subpart A of part V of chapter 59 of the laws of 2026.",
