  "MatterEXText5": "This bill would require the Office of Cyber Command (“NYC3”) to establish standards and procedures for contractors to identify the occurrence of a reportable artificial intelligence (“AI”) safety incident. Contractors would be obliged to comply with the standards and procedures established and required to notify NYC3 about the occurrence of any reportable AI safety incident within 24 hours as a provision of their contract with the city. Agencies would also be required to notify NYC3 about the occurrence of any reportable AI safety incident within 24 hours. NYC3 would be required to publicly disclose any reported AI safety incident within 24 hours.",
