  "MatterEXText5": "This bill would require any advertisement that promotes an artificial intelligence (“AI”) model in the City to disclose whether such model has undergone validation by a third-party. It also would prohibit any such advertisement from including any materially false or misleading statement regarding the safety of an AI model. Any person who disseminates an advertisement in violation of such requirements would be subject to a civil penalty of up to $25,000.",
