AN ACT to amend chapter 264 of the laws of 2009 amending the county law relating to communication service surcharges applied to Onondaga county, in relation to extending the provisions of such chapter
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 1. Subdivision (a) of section 2 of chapter 264 of the laws of 2009 amending the county law relating to communication service surcharges applied to Onondaga county is amended to read as follows:
(a) this act shall expire and be deemed repealed [10] 20 years after such date;
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
